He was stolen by a woman who first drove by, then parked her car, in the Mitchells' driveway. She got out of the white car and walked up to 4-year-old Natalia and 5-year-old Chanell as they played in their front yard with neighborhood kids. Natalia says, "She got out the car and then she got in and jumped back in the car with Bear, went off with it." The girls became witnesses to the canine crime. Chanell says, "That's really mean. That's not even nice."
