Many believe sex by social coercion is rape (e.g. having sex with a guy who she was afraid would talk bad about her if she didn't). They'll also say consensual sex by two intoxicated people can be rape. Just because a very small subset of the population who make a living from talking to people who are raped believe that a certain behavior is an acceptable response or normal doesn't mean it's so. Hell, they are trying to make sure that they aren't ashamed about being stupid about sex, telling them they are normal is what they get paid for.
