So apparently Gadaffi was live streaming a crazy, rambling speech

0 | on Al Jazeera, and apparently it was also picked up for a bit on the BBC. He was apparently all war painted up throughout.
I don't know if he's still rambling on, this was a few hours ago now, and I can't get the feed from work.
Did anyone catch much (any) of this? I've heard it was pretty insane rant that blamed the civil unrest in Libya on crazed, drugged out teenagers who were given hallucinogens, drawing comparisons to Tienamen square (only in the "I will run you over with a tank to preserve civil order! For the greater good!" sort of way), and hating on the U.S. a bunch? Is his entire rant up online anywhere so I can see the craziness for myself when I get home?
