The joys of encoding issues

Apache is claiming that the site is in UTF-8, which normally wouldn't be a problem, but the meta tag that provides the actual encoding seems to not be doing anything. I think it needs to be charset=ISO-8859-1 (case-sensitive).
You might also want to just change the Apache config to use the default of ISO-8859-1 for poe-news.
