0 | That's not the fault of the people giving them. They're pretty accurate and correct. I just don't see how they can possibly help you. We can all tell you what dialogue is for and why you use it, but it's not a "hard-and-fast rule" thing where we can give you a direct always-this-way outline.
Give us a typical sample and we'll tell you if you're using too much or too little dialogue. As it is we can't see what your specific problem is, or whether you even have one.
