Leonard Bernstein does some interesting interpretations. fullofkittens 02/04/09, 00:25 |  0 | His interpretation of Beethoven's 9th is all over the map; the 2nd movement is really, really fast and his 3rd movement is really slow. The way he handled the 3rd movement makes it something I never skip, which is unusual for Beethoven's 9th.
I've also got a CD of Bernstein doing Ravel which is interesting. It's been a while but I think it's got Pictures At An Exhibition on it. It's definitely got cool stuff.
