Max Hardcore paid one actress, a woman named Neesa, only $150 for her work. Persephone S. Tight 10/07/08, 23:34 | 0 | That's nowhere close to four figures, and I sincerely doubt he ever pays the women in his films anywhere close to four figures. This is not a person who's well respected among his professional peers. This is not a person who respects his employees, or at least not the women employed to "star" in his films.

Ever heard of the British Documentary "Hardcore"? It aired on Channel 4, I think. Anyway, it followed a young woman from Britian (Felicity, was her name I think) attempting to break into the porn biz. They were filming when she met up with Max Hardcore for an "interview". Apparently the whole thing disintegrated into a near-rape with Max Hardcore verbally abusing her. It's also been rumored that he's has done this before. Oh, and the "interview" didn't start with a handshake, he just shoved his penis into her butt.
as for the pay, he pays less than most other producers. a piece of dirt, this guy. i agree with free speech and all that, but what this guy is doing is blurring the line.
I know there was more in that thread about what a piece of shit Max Hardcore is, and how frequently his supposedly harmless porn threatened to cross the line from abuse-for-pay into outright rape and/or assault, and that a couple of the women who worked for him had (unsuccessfully) tried to file charges against him. But even codehappy's mirror was no match for Chet's big wipe. Unfortunately, googling "max hardcore" and "rape allegations" or "rape" or "rape charges" gets you a lot more hits from fan sites and reviews than the kind of info I was hoping to be able to link to.
The obscenity charges are bullshit, of course. There are very real questions and allegations that could have been raised in regards to Max Hardcore without resorting to questionable obscenity charges and it's a damn shame no one thought to explore those. But that would probably be something for a California DA to do, rather than one in Florida or any other state.
Fuck Max Hardcore, but don't fuck over the Constitution to do it. | | Previous - Next | Reply - Reply With Quote | | | | |
