Is breakfast really the most important meal?

I keep hearing from various sources that Americans have it all backwards, that we should really be eating a big breakfast, a medium-sized lunch, and a light dinner instead of the other way around as we seem to want to do. Is this really healthier? Can any folks from other countries that are less retarded confirm? Can anyone recommend a way for a busy American to accomplish this? What are some good things to eat for breakfast in a hurry?

In some ways I wish I was still in Albuquerque where you can't throw a rock without hitting a burrito stand that sells big, hearty burritos almost exclusively in the A.M.
